Don't get us wrong - but when you are two-years-old, getting yourselves dressed in the absence of your mom is a daunting task.
A two-year-old from SC did what we all wish we could do and called in reinforcements to help her get her look right.
After the officer helped Aliyah fix her trousers, she said the little girl asked to be picked up for a hug.
As he explained that there was no emergency, a half-dressed Aaliyah hopped up behind her grandfather and waved vigorously to the deputy, all the while trying to put on her trousers.
She said Aliyah is no stranger to cell phones and they've talked about 911 before.
"And that would be the best part of my shift today", Lohnes said.
"She brought the phone to me and I thought somebody had called, but when I answered it, nobody was there and when I hung up, 911 called me back", says Gene Ryan. For little Aliyah, dressing herself proved to be a downright emergency. "She wanted me to help do her shoes, and then she wanted me to hug her and hold her and it, I just kept saying that it made my day it was just the highlight of my day, she was so sweet and so welcoming".
Aaliyah's mother, Pebbles Ryan, was at work when she found out what her daughter had done.
The Greenville County Sheriff's Office shared a story about a call that made one deputy's day on Wednesday.
Noticing the problem, Deputy Lohnes sat Aaliyah down and helped her out, one leg at a time.
