Eat, Pray, Love actress Julia Roberts has expressed her sympathy to the Kristen Stewarts and Emma Watsons as she highlights at the differential treatment meted out to the yesteryear actresses and the newbies.

She laments the fact that the modern-day girls are under immense scrutiny due to the tabloid’s expansive role and the advent of modern gadgets. "It has to be very confusing and difficult to be a young woman in Hollywood today. The focus is so surgical on these girls - on everything they wear and every little detail on their lives in a way that I think is kind of negative,” she sighs.

She wonders how these young actresses handle the intense pressure. She, herself, debuted 2 decades ago and feels that, at her time, it was much easier and less demanding than the taxing life of the 21st era women.

"I don’t know how they handle it. It has to make you feel insecure and you want to cave in on yourself or you prevail because you have good parents, good values and you protect your inner self. It’s got to be hard. Showbusiness itself has changed and it’s not treated in a treasured, magical way any more,” she signs off.

They would be available for sale in Toys R Us from December 4. Prices would range from $8 for the bears to $28 for the singing models.
