Michael Lohan says he’s moving to California to open a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, he told RadarOnline.com.

"Yes, it’s, true, I’ll be running it," Lohan told us in an exclusive interview. "I think it’s time that Dina and I both step out of the media for a while, and for me that means getting back to what I know best — helping people with addiction."

Michael says the rehab center is being backed by "a really well known person" but says he can’t disclose yet who it is.

"But I have my entire team of therapists in place and the financing is done,” he told RadarOnline.com.

"I’m going to have a protocol that will be have to be followed. I don’t believe in prescription drugs," he said. "If people come in on them they’re going to have to get off of them, otherwise they’ll be looking for another rehab."

Lohan continued: "I believe spirituality and holistic methods can cure anything. God will be a major element in recovery."

Jesse James’ ex -wife Janine Lindemulder is going to live in a trailer to maintain her relationship with their daughter Sunny, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

James is moving his family to Texas in a bid to be near to ex-wife Sandra Bullock who owns property in the Austin area. “I will live in a modest trailer park, and I’ve already told Sunny that she will go from the mansion to the trailer but I’ll do whatever it takes to be close to my daughter,” Janine told RadarOnline.com.

“Everything is good. I’m going to move down to Texas after my probation officially ends on September 7,” she added.

“I don’t want people to think I am some kind of free-loader because I am not. When I get to Texas I will be looking for a part time job as a waitress if somebody will have me with all my tattoos!” she said. “Seriously, I am a good mom and I want to set a good example for my daughter so I will also be enrolling in college.

Mel Gibson said he would “hit” little Lucia, his eight-month-old daughter, during another explosive blow-up with his ex-lover, according to Oksana Grigorieva’s statements to law enforcement, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Mel and Oksana gathered in the lush grounds of the actor’s multi-million-dollar Malibu mansion, for a tree-and-placenta planting ceremony in honor of Lucia, who was just three-months-old at the time.

“Oksana has recounted that Lucia began crying, so she went back inside — and Mel followed her,” a source, familiar with Oksana’s testimony to authorities, told RadarOnline.com.

“When they got inside, Mel started ridiculing Okana’s accent. In response, she said she rolled her eyes at Mel, which made him even more angry.” Later that afternoon, one of Oksana’s friends came to their house.

According to Oksana, Mel greeted her and began to complain that Oksana was always irritated with him.  “Oksana said Mel told her he needed to leave the house again, in order to show her and Lucia what ‘mean’ really is,” said the source. “He also supposedly told Oksana, in regards to Lucia, ‘Take her! Daniel Aguilar, the man the controversial Real Housewives star has claimed threatened her life, was questioned under oath for several hours in Diamond Bar, California last Thursday, and detailed his claims about Staub’s shocking secret life.

“She’s a snitchin’ coke wh*re,” Aguilar told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview after his deposition.

Aguilar served time after Staub cooperated with prosecutors, and he admitted to RadarOnline.com that he wanted her dead. He has brought Staub’s scandalous past into the present as he recently gave a deposition in a slander suit against the star by ex-husband Kevin Maher.

He also has recently contacted Staub and demanded $100,000 that he says she still owes him for getting her off the hook years ago with big-time drug dealers.

Michael Jackson would be smiling today … if circumstances were different, of course, because a judge just dismissed a $300 million lawsuit that had been filed against him.

A federal judge in New York just dismissed a lawsuit filed by AllGood Entertainment, claiming Michael had agreed through an agent to perform several Jackson family reunion concerts in Indiana before going on the road with any other show.

AllGood claimed … by agreeing to do the London concerts, Jackson breached his agreement with AllGood.

The federal judge ruled today … Jackson’s agent — Frank Dileo — merely struck the deal with AllGood in principle, that couldn’t become binding without the sign-offs of MJ and his brothers.  The judge also said the deal was just too sketchy to be enforceable.

The case had been partially dismissed last month.  Now it’s officially history.

Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Michael Jackson Estate, tells TMZ, "This case never had any merit and the claim was frivolous from day one."

UPDATE: A rep for AllGood tells us, "While we respect Judge Baer’s ruling, we respectfully disagree with his erroneous factual conclusions."

The rep adds, "We are looking into all of the remedies available to us under the law."

A reality TV housewife may be more of a draw than a Grammy-award winning songstress, RadarOnline.com has learned.

So far, about 100 people have registered online with A.J. Willner Auctions for the sale of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s belongings.

The same company organized an auction of Whitney Houston’s tour equipment and clothing in 2007 after she didn’t pay her storage facility fees.

For that event, 250 people showed up and it earned about $200,000.

“[The Houston auction] was at a dirty, dingy warehouse in Irvington, NJ,” Michael Sklar, with A.J. Willner Auctions, said.

“This one is a beautiful home in New Jersey on a Sunday. So, I think more people will show up.”

A clothing company is taking legal action against Madonna, claiming the material girl has ripped off the "Material Girl" trademark.

L.A. Triumph, Inc. claims in a new lawsuit it’s been marketing "Material Girl" clothing since 1997, selling millions of bucks worth of threads under its trademark.

According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, Madonna, aka Madonna Louise Veronica Ciccone, has jacked the name "Material Girl" for her junior clothing line Material Girl Brand — which launched this year.

L.A. Triumph wants a declaration from a federal judge that Madonna’s use of "Material Girl" creates "deception" in the marketplace. 

In addition to the declaration, L.A. Triumph wants the judge to order Madonna and her company to turn over all of the profits they’ve made from their clothing line.

We’ve called Madonna’s rep.  So far, no comment.
