Football fans, whether or not you make it to South Africa for the FIFA 2010, here’s the latest manner as to how you can feel the action on the field a little more realistically. Just dab on some Sky+HD Eau De Stade- a new limited edition unisex fragrance and its aroma will instantly help you drift to the football fields in South Africa.
UK-based high definition T.V service-Sky+HD, has launched Eau de Stade, a fragrance for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The fragrance is said to embrace the scents of South African football fields. Officially launched today, Sky+HD Eau De Stade has British pop star Rachel Stevens as its ambassador.
The perfumes developer Per John Bailey of The Perfumers Guild described what went into the making of Eau De Stade . He said ‘Salty notes have been used to encapsulate the smell of the fresh sea breeze in Cape Town- known as the ‘Cape doctor’ – alongside woody, smoky hints to represent the nation’s passion for barbecues, and also Tagette, an essential oil sourced directly from South Africa’.
At the launch event Rachel described the fragrance as having ‘Smells of the Stadiums Nicely Trimmed Grass, Enviroment, South African Oils, Sweat of the Players & Much More.
Well it’s kind of funny to firstly have a T.V service launch a perfume and that too one which would smell of grass and ehh Sweat of the players, we aren’t really sure how many women will want to try it on, however with the football fever catching up, you can’t really say, several fans might want to buy it off the selves as this seasons football memorabilia.

Tiger Woods and his wife Ellin Nordegran is keeping their meeting low key. In order to avoid media hype Ellin Nordegran didn’t checked into a hotel but instead stayed at Brett Favre’s 460 acre ranch in Hattiesburg Minnesota for visiting her husband in a nearby sex rehab, the US weekly reports. But Favre was not there during her stay. She was also seen in the town by some locals. "She definitely stands out," a local shopkeeper told the magazine, “She was beautiful. She was walking around alone and trying to keep to herself."
Earlier this month Woods got himself admitted in a rehab under orders from his wife and his management. "He didn’t want to go to rehab," a source told the magazine. Tiger Woods is reportedly having a hard time at the rehab not because of the celibacy contract but since he is not being allowed to play golf. "He’s used to going in this robot mode of hitting a ball over and over as a way to escape," another source told the magazine. "His dad taught him that at age 2. But he can’t do that now." It is still not known how long Tiger Woods will stay at the rehab centre while there are reports which claim that Nordegran will soon leave for Sweden.

The 5th ODI between India and Australia was another nail biter as the kangaroos won the match by 3 runs. They game went till the last few deliveries and there was tremendous pressure on both the teams. The Aussies came out on the top as usual. Aussies are famous for winning the nail baiters and delivering in immense pressure.
Aussies won the first match and it seemed imminent that Aussie would dominate the series until the Indians showed their power by winning two back to back matches and everyone thought that the Aussies where blown off from the competition until Aussies fought back hard and won the next two consecutive matches.
The moral of the story is: You just can’t choose the best between them! Its going neck e neck and it would be really interesting to see who comes on top at the end of the 7th match. Aussies are leading the series 3-2. But the series is far from over. This is what happens when the top two teams in the world, fight it out with each other.
With the tremendous blow from the kangaroos, Dhonis boys will be all geared up to answer them in the 6th ODi. Experts, analysts, commentators, ex cricketers have all set their brains aside as they know that the outcome of the series is impossible to predict.

The ESPN production assistant Brook Hundley and ESPN baseball analyst Steve Phillip scandal was out in the circuit since the past few days and it was making quite a huge buzz in the media world. Brooke, Steve and his wife Marni, immediately became the most searched people in Google. The internet was blazing with searches of Marni Phillip’s and Brooke Hundley’s pictures and scoops regarding the scandals.
We all knew that ESPN asked Steve to take leave for seven days as the matter was creating a huge hype and was hampering the image of the channel. Last night during the American League Championship Series, in which Phillips normally would have been in the studio, it was announced that “Steve Phillips is no longer working for ESPN.”
“His ability to be an effective representative for ESPN has been significantly and irreparably damaged, and it became evident it was time to part ways,” said the network.
Phillips’ representative said in an e-mail that his client “is voluntarily admitting himself to an inpatient treatment facility to address his personal issues, and informed ESPN of his plans Friday.”
