Bollywood’s very own action hero too has a Hollywood venture in hand now. But unlike all other Bollywood stars he not acting in a Hollywood flick but going ahead to produce one.
Akshay is known for performing all dare devil stunts on his own in his movies and has starred in close to 100 films in Bollywood. Most of his films have turned out to be box office hits. He is in fact the highest income tax payer in the film industry.
After endorsing several brands, hosting TV shows and producing Bollywood flick the actor is now donning the hat of a producer of a Hollywood film ‘Break Away’. The movie stars the Canadian-born Emily Van Camp and is directed by Robert Lieberman. Akshay will be producing the film under his production house banner Hari Om Productions.
The star had been looking for introducing his production house in Hollywood for quite sometime and now with this venture in hand now, he’s looking forward to several more similar opportunities to crop up.
