Tom Hardy became one of the hottest properties of Hollywood since his summer release ‘Inception’ now the guy’s worth just might soar up as he is rumored to become Angelina Jolie’s new Huntsamn. The buzz has it that the Disney is trying to make a new movie, a life actions one instead of an animation on Snow White.
The project is rumored to have Angelina Jolie as the wicked Queen Ravenna. But this story will have a new twist and as the huntsman will help Snow White flee and be on the run with her as Queen Ravenna will try to hunt them down both. The rumored project won’t be the first time that Jolie has been associated with a Disney flick’s live action based movie with a twist.
Earlier, 35year old Jolie was supposed to play the role of Maleficent in a remake of Tim Burton’s ‘Sleeping Beauty’. Though nothing on that film has yet developed, this new project just might be another buzz. The role of Eric the huntsman will be a challenging one for Hardy and will let him play off the roughish charm that the character will demand.
While it is reported that Hardy is very close to sign the film, no confirmation from Jolie’s side to be part of the project has been stated. The film will be called ‘The Snow White and The Huntsman’ is likely to be directed by Rupert Sanders, screenplay by Evan Daugherty and produced by Joe Roth. If the film does start rolling it will be an interesting watch to see Jolie as the devilish Queen Ravenna.
