Mel Gibson, the 54 year old American actor and his girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva who parted ways in April this year after seeing each other for just a year are now rumoured to have filed restraining orders against each other .
Gibson, the ‘Lethal Weapon’ star and Oksana a Russian musician and singer have a 7 month old daughter together- Lucia and it is believed that Gibson has filed this restraining order on account of an issue regarding his access to the child.
Lucia is Gibson’s 8th child. He has seven children with his ex-wife Robyn Moore, who he co-incidentally also divorced in April, last to last year.
However Grigorieva’s lawyer has now confirmed that there is no ‘personal restraining’ order against the singer. But since sealed legal documents have positively filed on behalf of the ‘Braveheart’ star against his ex, it is now being assumed that they are probably for some kind of an injunction to prevent the 40 year old singer from discussing some unpleasant phases of her relationship with Mel.
We do assume that she has a lot to tell because just after the two announced their split, Grigorieva announced at a press conference that “I can tell you that after three years of relationship, we have split up—suddenly and recently. Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon.”
Maybe this ‘everything’ is what Mel doesn’t want the public to know because there have been reports doing rounds that the reason behind their break-up is infidelity by Gibson. A Polish porn star has already claimed that she bedded Gibson eight times while Oksana was pregnant.
Let’s just hope a Tiger Woods story is not in the making again…
