The 36 year old former member of the Spice Girls band has recently in a magazine claimed she feels like a gay man in a woman’s body and is hence slowly but surely getting won over by another singer who feels the same- Lady Gaga.
Victoria Beckham elaborated saying “I am a gay man in a woman’s body, so God supposes I should love singers like Lady Gaga”. Talking about the ‘Bad Romance’ singer’s talent Bekham stated ‘It’s complicated, on the one hand I wouldn’t like to have all her songs on my iPod and listen to them over and over. On the other hand, I admire the Lady GaGa phenomenon”.
A reputed fashion designer herself, Victoria went on to say that earlier she detested Gaga’s dress sense , but of late since the ‘Poker Face’ singer had started consulting designers and wearing couture clothes it was becoming difficult to ignore the 24 year old singer’s talent and unique dress style.
Just like Posh, Lady Gaga too had earlier admitted that she feels as if there is a homosexual man constantly fighting to get out of her body, and had blamed “him” for her outrageous behaviour. “I guess you could say I’m a gay man trapped in a woman’s body in my own way”, is what Gaga had said in an interview last year.
Well, just feeling like Gay men and love for fashion and music aren’t the only similarities between Posh and Gaga. Critics have always felt that Posh had a boyish figure and Gaga of course is known for her manly looks.
So while Mrs Beckham is gradually changing her mind about Lady Gaga and drifting towards joining Gaga’s million fans or ‘Little Monsters’ as Gaga lovingly refers to them ( fans) as , here’s hoping Posh doesn’t lose her sense of style and starts taking inspirations from Lady Gaga’s outrageous dressing style.
