Kristen Stewart: Girls should Love Themselves –Mallory learns that too

Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan of ‘Twilight’ may have abstained from the sexual act for a long time, but as Mallory for the ‘Welcome to the Rileys’ she compensates that. But it would be really improper to tag the film for its sexual content; the film is much more than that.

The film not only brings out a different persona of Kristen but it showcases the powerhouse performer that she is. While promoting ‘Welcome to the Rileys’ the actress tells that the film teaches girls to love themselves, that’s what even Mallory her character learns in the film.

The film is directed by Jake Scott and has stalwart actors like James Gandolfini and Melissa Leo, but that does not put Kristen in any disadvantage as she can hold on to her turf really well as a 16year old runaway stripper in the film. This was the first time for Stewart to play a character who has been dished out the hardships of the life by fate, who has nothing but struggle.

This becomes a story of three people coming together out of their hardships and losses to support each other trust one another. Most important of all, according to Stewart the film will teach girls to be not alone and one should like oneself, which most girls fail to do.

The film is touted to be one of Stewart’s best performances till date and might just give her the opportunity to get an Oscar nomination. ‘Welcome to the Rileys’ is scheduled to release on Nov’ 5. (ENSNN)
