Mel Gibson, who will soon learn if he’ll be charged for allegedly punching his ex-lover Oksana Grigorieva and threatening to kill her, has told a judge overseeing the couple’s bitter custody battle that he blows $600,000 on himself – each month!
RadarOnline.com has learned Mel’s lawyers detailed his $7.2 million-a-year slush fund as part of their argument to limit Oksana’s child support for their infant daughter, Lucia, to $6,000-a-month.
The massive chunk of change was at the center of Wednesday’s marathon court hearing in which the Russian musician requested a judge increase Mel’s support payments for their nine-month-old.
Mel’s lawyers are arguing Lucia is a baby and doesn’t need more than the $6,000 he plans to pay, despite it being only 1% of what he shells out on himself each month.
Team Mel claims his own expenses are not an extravagance but a necessity — the whopping total is just for his living costs and doesn’t even include such luxuries as his private jet.
