British Model, Naomi Campbell, is not only well known, for the perfumes she is associated but also because of a series of legal issues.
The model who was wanted by the New York police for questioning, after her limousine driver reported an assault case against her on Tuesday, will now not be facing any charges as no officer was present to witness the incident.
The New York police said that Naomi, 39 was accused of striking her driver from behind and causing his head to hit the steering wheel of the car around 3 p.m. (2000 GMT), causing a small bruise and swelling under his right eye. She then allegedly fled the scene. The driver has chosen not to make it a criminal case.
The model has been involved in legal issues for several years now, beginning from 1998. She has earlier been charged for assaulting her assistants, her house keeper and a police officer.
