Eclipse is still growing strong in the box office, even though it slipped to the second spot after its first week high. But the movie publicists must be on a high gear mode to make sure Eclipse gathers enough bucks to warrant a sequel. So what’s the best way to do that? Just make the already pretty face famous lead actor Robert Pattinson to abuse random celebrities! It always helps and never hinders to have the glare of the spotlight, does it?
So keeping that in mind Robert squished rumors about him being offered a role to portray Kurt Cobain in an upcoming biopic and also while doing this he made sure to blast Courtney love, the daughter of the legendary rock star, when she referred to that possibility as "stupid". What he exactly said was, "You see all these comments, like from Courtney Love, saying ’What the f*ck! He’s totally wrong for it’, and I’m like, ’I f*cking said no, you d*ck!’ I didn’t get offered it. For one thing, I’m too tall, and I can’t sing like him, I’m nothing like him!’ It’s ridiculous." Now that’s some serious rough remarks for a guy like him, goes to prove his actual persona.
But when he was queried about how he has identified himself with his vampire character Edward, he was all gushy mushy. He added, “It’s changed a bit in this film. In the first two, I guess there was his feeling that you can’t relate to anyone, or no one can relate to you. I was like, ’I never want to talk to anyone’. I used to feel like that when I was younger. I’ve grown up now.” That’s Robert Pattinson for you folks!.. Love him or hate him.
