Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner’s Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson may be a mega star with a humongous fan following (almost scary) and a bright Hollywood future ahead. But the sexy onscreen vampire has always been touchy about his music.
There is no hiding the fact that he has always cherished a career in music and the guy, surely, loves his guitar. The buzz had it that he was offered help by Simon Cowell who had, reportedly, asked him for an album deal.
However, Rob has politely refused his assistance. Robert feels that Simon is a shrewd guy who has given birth to careers of artists who become amiable to the music buffs (Susan Boyle is a case for instance). Rob is of the opinion that his music is not for the masses; his stuff is not going to bring him popularity. He associates himself with the music of the kind that is only recognized after the artist’s death.
“I am sure I’ll be one of those artists that people don’t pay any attention to while I’m alive, and when I am dead people will go yeah, man, that was a work of art,” Rob broods. Well! Whatever be the reason, we are hopeful that this vampire would sink his teeth deep into the music world and earn loads of accolades.
