Taylor Momsen has been in the news for all the wrong reasons that one can think of. But unlike all the other troubled teenaged stars, they jump up defending their parents for the lack of discipline and the controversial behavior that they lead, Taylor Momsen is different. She refuses to shoulder the responsibility for her outrageous behavior.
In the December issue of ‘Revolver’ mag, the 17year old star has said that her parents are to be blamed for her actions. Her miserable life and lack of friends has resulted in her being so dark and foul-mouthed. The ‘Gossip Girl’ actress told the mag that her parents enrolled her with the modeling agency Ford when she was only two and since then she has been working. As she rightly points out no kid likes to work at that young age and it has resulted her in not having a life with stability, she has been on and out of school, never had friends.
Finally she became moody and sees herself as an insane person. Being the lead singer of The Pretty Reckless, she flashed her breasts at a concert. The gothic dark look, the foul ranting that more than often accompanies her speeches and her stripper style of dressing calls out for attention.
Momsen is not the only star who has treaded this path when they have entered the showbiz at a young age. Many have plummeted into the darkness of the showbiz world because of their parents, but Momsen at least have spoken out, but the question remains how many people will believe her.
