The Florida porn star who claims she has a sex tape with him has filed for bankruptcy and the papers indicate there is no tape.
Devon James and her husband Nick are selling what they say is her sex tape with Tiger via a website that is current active and accepting credit cards and PayPal.
But bankruptcy papers for the couple, obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, prove that the couple does not have a Tiger Woods sex tape, which would have to be listed as a financial asset. The papers also prove that the tape is not being sold by a company they control.
James claimed to have sold the tape for more than $300,000 but her bankruptcy papers, signed under penalty of perjury, prove there is no such payment or asset.
