Joe Jackson, the father of the King of Pop is known world over as being a very ambitious dad who physically and emotionally abused his 8th child Michael to ensure that he rehearsed seriously and remained much disciplined as far as his musical career was concerned.
Nicknamed ‘Big Nose’ by his father, MJ openly spoke about the troubled relationship he had with his father in an interview to Oprah Winfrey in 1993 and confessed that as a child he detested his father so much that he would vomit at the sight of him.
The ‘Thriller’ star’s hatred for his father was proved by the fact that he left nothing for this abnormal parent in his will and trust. Michael left everything for his mother, three children and various charities.
Joe Jackson had after the pop star’s will been read, demanded $15,000 per month from his late son’s holding since he didn’t have a steady source of income. However Michael’s estate administrators argued in court that MJ himself never desired to support his father and that there was no way Joe could prove that his son supported him before he passed away.
Now almost 6 months after Joe Jackson sought for an allowance from his son’s estate, he has suddenly decided to withdraw his request for the time being. And no, this is not a change of heart in the otherwise not so good father; Joe Jackson has just happened to discover another lucrative deal, which he it appears prefers to concentrate on as of now.
He’s now going after the man he hold’s responsible for his son’s death- Dr. Conrad Murray. Joe has now filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Murray and is seeking $ 75,000 for the same.
Sad but true , Joe Jackson is the same man who was promoting his new record label 3 days after his son’s death and now suddenly he seems so concerned as to get justice for his late son, but of course only because of the money involved.
