BMW M3 Special Edition exclusively for the US market!

Beemer has decided to up the ante on their uber sports car, the M3. They suitably also decided to keep fans on the edge of their seats by just releasing a couple of teaser images and kept the whole hog of other info for a Thursday release, as sources say. The car is also reportedly only to go on sale in the US market.

The car as far as those teaser pics reveal might not feature any major styling upgrades while what could be entirely new or significantly modified could be the interior. Expect a tuned dual clutch tranny for far crispier shifts on this car while other features recognisable are lightweight painted alloys.

BMW might only launch this model on the coupe platform while no details are yet out any further variants. One might expect or even want them to up the already mighty 420BHP on this car to take on the more powerful Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG which has a knocking 453BHP. Well it’s all up to a couple of more days before we can feast our eyes upon the “upgraded”  M3. However, one interesting bit remains as to why Beemer chose to release this car exclusively for the US market, which is not a regular move for the folks at Bavaria.
