Nintendo Hits back with handheld 3D gaming device at the E3 expo

Nintendo makes a rather surprising bash at the ongoing E3 expo when it revealed its all new 3DS handheld gaming device. The Device for now is still in development stage. Nintendo earlier had announced its intentions to develop 3D gaming devices, and this pre-revelation further confirms their future approach. Although the timing came has a rather surprise as no buzz was heard in the regard.
The 3DS device embeds a glassless LCD panel, which adds a unique distinction to the product enabling the users to toggle the 3D feature in or off. The device opens like a notebook, and the screen on the bottom panel is the only touchscreen. The Device embeds in 3 cameras, one in inside capable of video chat, and two on the outside panel capable of 3D capturing. All the cameras though are VGA. The device also sports an analog stick a first for Nintendo portable but a must for 3D Gaming. The Device is capable of playing 3D movies and videos; well we got more reasons to watch the Avatar once again.
The device also comes in with accelerators and Gyro sensors, which are certainly built for future gaming experiences. Nintendo has also hinted that the previous gaming titles in the series will still be compatible on the gadget.
Nintendo for now as managed to gain its own limelight at the time when the gaming world was reviewing the new X-box, but how far this device can go, and will it manage to create its own segment in handheld 3D gaming devices, certainly depends on how the Gaming- freaks receive when the product will finally be retailed, which is not going to be very soon. With Microsoft and Nintendo making their bang, we are expecting something from Sony’s gaming section, or will we have any surprise new entrant?
