Sara Evans‘ ex-hubby Craig Schelske is on the defensive after the country singer’s new man accused him of being possessed by Satan — claiming it’s all part of a smear campaign to turn his own kids against him.

Schelske (left) filed legal docs in Tennessee recently … asking a court to modify his 2007 child custody agreement with Evans, and it has a lot to do with the country singer’s new dude Jay Barker(right).

In the docs, Schelske claims Barker — a former NFL player — has been sending harassing text messages, like: "Satan is controlling your thoughts and actions. You are what Jesus stood against … The things I have seen with my own mind is a man possessed by Satan … Away from us Satan!!!"

Schelske also claims in the papers that Evans and Barker have been berating and criticizing him in front of their 3 kids.

Schelske wants the court to give him physical custody of his kids for 6 months at a time — and to stop Evans and Barker from trashing him in front of them. Evans’ reps couldn’t be reached for comment.

Oksana Grigorieva‘s lawyers are going to court Thursday morning … asking a judge to strip Mel Gibson of all rights to their child … TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the custody case tell TMZ … Oksana’s lawyers will tell the judge the secretly-recorded tapes show Mel is a danger to their daughter Lucia and he should not have any contact with her.

Oksana claims in the tapes Mel struck her on January 6 while she was holding the baby.  The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department is investigating Mel for child endangerment, among other things.

Sources connected with Mel tell us the actor denies striking Oksana.

The court hearing will almost certainly force the issue of the admissibility of the secretly-recorded  tapes.

Singer Sean Kingston has been accused of sexual assault, but sources say cops don’t believe the woman.

The alleged incident occurred Sunday night, at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Seattle.  Sources tell us two women showed up for a party in one of the hotel rooms.  Kingston was present.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ …  the women were both intoxicated when they arrived, with bottles of vodka and beer in hand.  We’re told one of the women claims Kingston had sex with her, and, as one source says, "She was very aggressive."  Kingston then left the party and went to another room on the same floor.
Sources say the woman then proceeded to have sex with two other men in the room.
The second woman, we’re told, also had sex with someone in the room.
A hotel manager tells TMZ "an incident" did indeed occur in the hotel Sunday night, though he was not specific.  The fire department tells us an ambulance was called and transported both women — 19 and 20 years of age — to a hospital where rape tests were conducted.   We’re told the women were also tested for Rufinol, but the results are not in.
Sources say Kingston, who is scheduled to perform tonight with Justin Bieber in Portland, was initially asked by cops to come in for an interview, but police have determined the case is not credible and they now say an interview is unnecessary.
We’re told one of the women is going to file a civil lawsuit, and maybe both.

He was the longest termed owner in the history of Yankees. “The Boss”, as they used to call him, had seen it all with the Yankees after buying the club in 1973. When on Tuesday morning, George Steinbrenner,80, breathed his last at his home in Tampa in Florida, it marked the end of an era. An era of invincibility. An era of ups and downs.

After Steinbrenner bought the franchise in 1973, the Yankees won World Championships in 1977 and 1978. Between 1978 and 1996, the Yankees continue to disappoint before they marked a remarkable comeback winning four World Championships in a row between 1996 and 2000. They were called “Invincibles” then. They won their seventh World Championship this past season.

More than 11 American League pennants and 7 World championships that he won as owner of Yankees, Steinbrenner will be better remembered for an amazing vision that turned a struggling franchise into a true World Champion. “Winning is the most important thing in my life, after breathing”, he said once. May his soul rest in peace.

The good things first. People still watch Home Run Derby. The romp and show before the game is as glorious as it ever was.

Now let’s get started on the not so good things. The big names were missing. For 200$ of ticket price, an Albert Pujol or a Jose Bautista would have looked better than a Chris Young and a Nick Swisher. The audience wanted to see sluggers. The big names, Ryan Howard amongst them, bypassed the event. Let’s be very clear on this, the biggest home run hitters have to be brought in if the tournament has to survive. Also, three hours look like forever. Ninety minutes may be just good enough.

No doubt, some shine has been lost yet, but a Home Run Derby has not run its course yet. After all, a soaring home run is still a soaring home run.

For the record, by the way, David Ortiz won the Home Run Derby on Monday night.

He says “I haven’t locked the exact wedding date yet since my shooting dates are still uncertain. The L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. has opened a domestic violence investigation and TMZ has learned the probe is in connection with Mel Gibson‘s alleged attack against his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva.

Sources tell TMZ the alleged incidents occurred in Malibu in both January and February of this year.  We’re told it’s a "spousal abuse" investigation and the alleged victim is Oksana.   Sources tell TMZ Sheriff’s deputies interviewed Oksana on Monday.
The Sheriff’s Dept. has released a statement claiming investigators are "currently gathering information regarding the allegations."

Soon a day will come when a priest on marriage day shall ask the couple to promise not to behave like Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren. The latest gaping news that poured in is Elin and Tiger are on the verge of signing a deal for a gaping $750 million.

The happy go married life of the partner took a bizarre turn when the scandals of Tiger Woods were made public. Rachel Uchitel was one of the women was the emergency cause who open fired. Since then multi scams have come to the fore they have proved to be the twist in Tiger Woods’ fairy tale which brought his family life and professional life tumbling down. The ‘Maine Pyar Kiya ‘ star has always been deeply involved in philanthropy, however sadly in the past he was more in news for his controversies and affairs , than for being a Good Samaritan that he is . But since the 44 year old actor formally launched his NGO, Being Human, his charitable efforts have caught the public eye and have helped him shadowed his otherwise contentious past .
On the reason behind the name of his NGO, this successful Bollywood actor had said, Being human for me is…being human. We all are human beings and I think we don’t do anything human to be human so you have to do something. I mean God gives you so much and you know eventually you need to start giving it back. Everyone does that, I’m sure, in some way or the other but I wanted to start this on my own for a long time now. But I just couldn’t find the time and I’m more inclined to this now.
And Being Human he is, he’s worked extensively for cancer and AIDS patients and underprivileged children.
Recently the actor donated 25 computers to an NGO, Saint Catherine’s Home in Bandra. The actor visits this NGO twice a month to interact and play with the children residing there. On one of his visits he learnt that the children were keen to learn computers but the institution didn’t have enough funds to arrange foe sufficient sets, so the actor with the Golden heart went ahead and arranged for 25 computers.
